Evaluation results of the project registration dossier for constructing and trading technical infrastructure of an industrial clusters in Hoai Nhon town

The Provincial People's Committee has recently approved the evaluation result of the project registration dossiers for constructing and trading technical infrastructure of Hoai Huong industrial cluster and De Duc industrial cluster, Hoai Tan, Hoai Nhon town.

The investor meeting the criteria for implementing the project of constructing and trading trading technical infrastructure of Hoai Huong industrial cluster is Thien Kim Binh Dinh Limited Company. The project shall built on an area of 11.8ha, including main items such as leveling, building internal transport system; water supply and drainage system, wastewater collection and treatment system, electricity distribution system, green trees. The total estimated investment for the whole project is VND 80.75 billion, of which the project implementation cost is VND 66.15 billion and the site clearance and compensation cost is VND 14.59 billion.
The investor meeting the criteria for implementing the project of constructing and trading technical infrastructure of De Duc industrial cluster - Hoai Tan is Tan Lap Limited Company. The project shall be built on an area of 15.34 hectares. The total value of the project is VND 85.73 billion, of which the project implementation cost is VND 61.5 billion and the site clearance and compensation cost is VND 24.23 billion.
The objectives of these two projects are to attract investment of small and medium-sized enterprises, cooperatives, and manufacturing establishments; also it is to create land resource to relocate businesses, cooperatives, and manufacturing establishments located in residential areas of Hoai Nhon town and involved in activities that cause environmental pollution or at risk of causing environmental pollution. Furthermore, it is aimed at creating jobs for local workers with stable income and providing vocational training for local people.
