The project perspective

The housing area under the planning of Trade Union Institutional Area of Binh Dinh Province invested by IEC Construction Investment and Mechanical electric Joint Stock Company shall be built at Section CC-09 in Long Van urban area, Tran Quang Dieu ward, Quy Nhon city, covering approximately 37,617 m². The project has total value of VND 1,128.67 billion. The investment objectives are to build high-rise social houses, low-rise commercial houses, and to perform other functions to serve the housing and daily-life needs of workers, trade union members, and workers in industrial parks in Binh Dinh province.

The project has the following items: High-rise social houses, terraced houses; courtyards, roads, landscape trees and technical infrastructure system outside the houses within the project boundary. The high-rise social houses are built on an area of about 26,433 m², including 4 high-rise buildings of 15 floors, with about 1,600 apartments (each apartment is about 49-70 m²), terraced houses of 4 floors, which shall be built on an area of 6,224 m², with a total number of 82 houses (each apartment is of about 75-90 m²).
