Nhon Tan 1 industrial cluster, An Nhon town attracts a new project

The Department of Planning and Investment has recently granted the investment registration certificate for Danh Son Technical and Service Trading Co., Ltd. to invest in EPS foam factory, located at Nhon Tan 1 industrial cluster, An Nhon town.

EPS foam factory shall be built on an area of 4,607m2, at Lot A5 Nhon Tan 1 industrial cluster, An Nhon town, with a value of VND 15.37 billion. The project objective is to produce ESP for insulation, soundproofing, packaging goods with a capacity of 300 tons of products/year. The production is to meet requirements of heat resistance in large factories. In addition to insulation effects, EPS foam has waterproof properties and resistance against alkalis and acids, so it is also frequently used in insulation at construction sites or used to make freezer containers. The project owner registers to complete the construction in the second quarter of 2025, so soon after that the project will be put into operation.
Up to now, Nhon Tan 1 industrial cluster in An Nhon town has only attracted 3 businesses registering investment and the occupancy rate is about 29.3%.
The investment of Danh Son Technical and Service Trading Co., Ltd. in the above project is in line with the industrial development planning orientation "Along National Highway 19 and Quy Nhon city" and the supporting industry development orientation approved by the Provincial People's Committee; also it is to increase the occupancy rate of Nhon Tan 1 industrial cluster, create jobs for more than 50 local workers.
