Investment of more than VND 2,000 billion in an urban area in Quy Nhon city

On January 27, 2021, Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee approved the investment policy of Long Van 2 Urban Area project in Tran Quang Dieu ward, Quy Nhon city for the joint venture of Hano - Vid Real Estate Joint Stock Company and Nam Quang Infrastructure Development and Investment Joint Stock Company.

Accordingly, the project's objectives is to establish a new modern urban area in terms of space, architecture and landscape, synchronous technical and social infrastructure system; to construct housing units with architecture and features in accordance with the approved planning, suitable to current and future socio-economic development; also, it is to harness the existing land resource, to meet the needs of all entities who have demand for residential land and housing, contribute to completing the Urban Development Program of Quy Nhon and Housing Development Program of Binh Dinh province.

According to the plan, the scale of the project includes the following items: about 850 low-rise housing section (terraced houses, villas); a complete system of internal roads, technical infrastructure, green parks; social housing units, urban social service works to ensure the provision of essential utilities to residents inside and outside urban areas.

Long Van 2 urban area is built on a total area of 36ha; with capital of VND 2,456.9 billion. The progress of project construction is from quarter 1/2021 to quarter 4/2027. When the project comes into operation, it will be a new modern urban area, enhancing the overall development of Quy Nhon city, meeting demand housing demand, and improving the quality of urban architectural space, landscape and environment of Quy Nhon city.
