New investment in Diem Van Urban Area and ecotourism project

On January 29, 2021, Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee signed an approval of investment policy for the joint venture of Binh Dinh Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company, Silk Path Hotel Limited Company, Xuan Cau Limited Company to invest in Diem Van Urban Area and ecotourism project.
Land location for project implementation
The project is located in Phuoc Thuan commune, Tuy Phuoc district, Binh Dinh province. The land area is about 130 hectares, of which the urban area is 57.7 hectares and the ecotourism area is 72.3 hectares. Total capital for the registered project is VND 4,990 billion. The project implementation will be from quarter 4/2020 to quarter 4/2025.
The project's objectives are to build a new modern urban area in terms of space, architecture and landscape; synchronous technical and social infrastructure system; to establish housing projects with architecture and techniques in accordance with the approved planning and in line with the urban development program of Quy Nhon city and the housing development program of Binh Dinh province; to build high-class eco-tourism and entertainment area, contributing to the development of tourism sector in Binh Dinh province.
