The goal of the planning adjustment is to add more industries to meet the demand of investment, improve the efficiency of land use and the investor's business idea to match the business objectives; also it is important for advertisement and introduction of the project and the investment attraction situation at present in Binh Dinh province.

The supplemented industries include: manufacturing electronics, computers and optical products; construction material production p; manufacturing other metal product, metal processing and processing services; pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical production; electrical equipment production; specialized machine manufacturing; manufacturing of other production of transport vehicles; wood processing and production of products from wood, rattan, bamboo and neohouzeaua; food and beverage processing; packaging printing projects and related services; support services for industrial zone activities; garment production.

Previously, the Provincial People's Committee approved the selection of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (BCG) as the investor of the project of Cat Trinh industrial park in Document No. 4057/UBND-KT dated June 22, 2020.
