Prequalification results of the Resettlement Area Proejcts in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone

Recently, Binh Dinh Provincial Economic Zone Authority has approved four preliminary bid results to select investors to implement the resettlement - residential area projects in Sub-Zone 07 (Becamex A Integrated Township & Industrial Park) in Van Canh district, Binh Dinh province. The total invested capital of 04 projects is more than VND 1,782.88 billion.

Accordingly, the project of resettlement - residential area of Hiep Vinh 1A is located  Hiep Vinh 1 and An Long 2 villages of Canh Vinh commune, covering an area of 899,002 m2, total capital of VND 545.64 billion. Hiep Vinh 1B Resettlement - Residential Area Project is located in Hiep Vinh 1 village, Canh Vinh commune, covering an area of 904,879 m2, total capital of VND 325.34 billion. Hiep Vinh 2 Resettlement - Residential Project is located in Hiep Vinh 2 village, Canh Vinh commune on an area of 948,117 m2, total investment capital of VND 493.02 billion. Tan Vinh Resettlement - Residential Area Project is located in Tan Vinh village, Canh Vinh commune on an area of 992,091 m2, a total capital  of VND 418.88 billion.


The investor who won prequalification for the 4 projects is the Joint Venture of Becamex IDC Corp, Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Limited Company, Becamex Binh Phuoc Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (briefly referred to as Becamex - VSIP Binh Dinh Joint Venture).
