Recently, the Provincial People's Committee has issued an approval for Thuan Nghia Construction Limited Company to invest in a parking lot and service area project in Quang Trung ward, Quy Nhon city.
A car parking area
The project is to be built on an area of 4,575.6m2,
with total capital of more than VND 7.6 billion. The goal of the project is to build
a parking lot and service area for 4-seat and 7-seat cars, tourist cars, trucks;
garage for repairing cars, reception area; selling equipment and spare parts of
cars; canteen,...
The project is expected to finish procedures by the end of the third quarter, commence the construction in the fourth quarter and go into operation in the fourth quarter of 2021.
The investment will meet the needs of parking space and vehicle
maintenance and services in the area and it goes in accordance with the development
orientation of the static transport system in the province in general and in Quy
Nhon city in particular.
The project area is adjacent to the project of Kim Lien parking
and vehicle maintenance and services area previously approved by the provincial
People's Committee for Kim Lien Automobile Transport Co., Ltd.
