Investment in building infrastructure of Doi Hoa Son industrial cluster

Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee has granted an approval for Thien Hung My Tho Company Limited to build to rent infrastructure of Doi Hoa Son industrial cluster in Nhon My commune, An Nhon provincial town.

The industrial cluster covers an area of 37 ha with total capital of more than VND 90 billion. The construction will consist of three functional areas: a handicraft area of 73,247 m2; a consumer goods production area of 59,485 m2; a garment area of 111,131 m2; and an area of supportive industries, building material, mechanic services with an area of 34,622 m2. The implementation process is from the second quarter of 2018 to 2021.

The construction will meet the demands of good infrastructure, make land for the relocation of factories operating in residential areas and provide favorable and stable land for enterprises (mainly small and medium sized enterprises) in the locality to invest in manufacture. Besides, it will generate jobs for local people, raise land use value and contribute to industrial development of Binh Dinh province.

Previously, Vuong Minh Trade and Production Company Limited has also registered the same kind of project, namely Build to Rent Infrastructure. However, because the investor had financial difficulties and could not carry out the construction and the Provincial People's Committee has terminated that project.
