On 08/01/2016, Chairman ofthe provincial people’s committee approved for BMC Construction Material and Tradeto proceed with survey and investigation to prepare for a hotel, tourism and servicecomplex in Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province.
Accordingly, the project site will be in DV3 lot of Urban –Trade –Service area in the western part of An Duong street, Nguyen Van Cu ward, QuyNhon city, covering an area of 9,623 m2. The project aims toconstruct a four stars hotel with 15 floors and supportive services. Expected capitalfor the project is VND 500 billion. The construction will complete in 2 or 3years.
When completed, the project will be a modern and beautiful buildingin harmony with overall architecture of An Duong Vuong street.
Since the beginning of 2016, three investors have proposed plans toconstruct 4-5 star hotels in the locality, namely Faros Construction andInvestment Joint Stock Company, a member of FLC group, BMC company and Anh VyTrading company. Binh Dinh province is showing to lure much more interest ofinvestors in tourism and services, which is a good sign for its people when theeconomy is still facing a lot of challenges and difficulties.
