The company is required to registermembership of Bau Da Rice Wine Association, contribute to the development of traditionalhandicraft village and Bau Da Rice Wine Association, and prepare environmentprotection plan and others.

According to Mr Nguyen Hoang Sam – Directorof the company, the target of the company is to produce rice wine meeting Vietnam’sstandards on food safety, to apply an industrial production line and achievehigh productivity. The project will enhance the manufacture, protection anddevelopment of the traditional occupation, building Bau Da rice wine trade nameand making it one of the Vietnamese rice wine trade names for export. When itsoperation goes stable, the company will continue to produce high quality winefrom fruit and herbs. The plant will have production scale of 9,000 liters/dayand be divided into two stage. In stage 1, one production and distillation linewith capacity of 4,500 litres/day and one production line of purified waterwill be constructed.  In stage 2,  the plant will extract fruit and herd forproducing fruit wine and high quality wine with capacity of 4,500 litres/day.

The project has total capital of VND 40billion; and it is expected to kick off the stage 1 operation by 2015 and stage2 by 2016.
