Investment in Nhon Tan concentrated warehouse area approved

ThePeople's Committee of Binh Dinh Province has agreed in writing for Chau ThanhImport Export Co., Ltd to conduct its investment in building infrastructure ofa concentrated warehouse area in Nhon Tan, An Nhon town.

According to the planning and registration of the company, Nhon Tan concentrated warehouse area covers about 50.8 hectares, having a total capital IAccording tothe planning and registration of the company, Nhon Tan concentrated warehouse area covers about 50.8 hectares, having atotal investment capital of about VND 700 billion, is expected to go intooperation by the end of 2016.

The concentrated warehouse area will serve the increasing demand whenexisting warehouses in town needs removing, which meets the goals of urbangentrification and requirements of hiring warehouses in Binh Dinh. In addition,the needs of storage and transshipment of goods through Quy Nhon port, Dieu Tri trainstation of provinces of Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Quang Ngai, Central Highlands, Southern Laos, North East Cambodia ... are also met.
