On the afternoon of 12/17/2013, at the PPC office, the Chairman Mr Le Huu Loc had a meeting with the Minor group led by Mr Dillipraj Rajakarier, the General Director of Minor Group to introduce about the project Avani - Anantara and to learn about the investment environment in Binh Dinh.

Minor Group has acquiredLife Resort and is going to develop Avani and Anantara area within 24 months, including2 stages. In the Phase 1, changeswill be made for the style of Life Resort for renaming made for expectedduration of 6 months. In Phase 2, 25 luxurious villas will be constructed for anestimated time of 18 months with investment capital of around USD 11 million underAnantara brand.
