Ready to welcome investors

In recent years, supportloans from the central governmentand provincial budget havebeen prioritized for investment to completesome basic infrastructure constructions in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone to prepare the ground for investors. Binh Dinh province is also actively working with the centralgovernment, ministries and central agencies to invest in equipmentand upgrading airports and to call for establishment of high quality train route Ho Chi Minh - Binh Dinh and viceversa non-state enterprises. 

Based on the socio-economicdevelopment plan, the province is urgently preparing a list of projects calling for investment in each period to submitit to the Ministry of Planning andInvestment so that it can be included in the national list of projects in 2013. Thelist is also used for public introduction,for investment promotion throughforums, conferences and seminars within and outside the province.

Given the experience of 2012, Binh Dinh is adjusting and supplementingregulations on the procedures and cooperation mechanism to solve administrativeprocedures regarding construction outside industrial parks and economic zonesin Binh Dinh and provisions on cooperation among departments and sectors underthe PPC…

Binh Dinh clearly identifiesthe responsibilities of the relevant agencies, shortening the settling time ofadministrative procedures related to investment projects, continuouslyimproving working manner, developinggood cooperative attitude to support investors both before, during and after theproject registration or licenseissuance.

During the year 2013 – animportant year of  socio-economicdevelopment plan2001-2015,  Binh Dinh will see many investors and businesses coming to survey and study about the investment environment and business;therefore, a locality with great potentials of the central coastal region will be better known and recognized.
