After a period of survey and construction of the project, Shaiyo AA International Holding Ltd. Company (Thailand) has decided to invest the project " High tech nursery’ in Binh Dinh with 100% foreigncapital. Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee granted an investmentcertificate for this project on 28th June 2012. 

Accordingly, the established enterpriseand the project of high tech nurseryare located in Nam Tuong village 3, Nhon Tan commune, An Nhontown with the total registeredinvestment capital of $ 5 million on an area of about 47ha.

The objective of thisproject is to produce a wide variety of goodquality seedlings (eucalyptus, hybrid acacia, etc.) based on moderntechnology with a closed production process toimprove productivity, quality, efficiency of planted planted. The original scale is expected to be ofaproxiamately 28 million seedlings/yearand the capacity will be incresased in the future to meet the demand of BinhDinh and neighboring provinces in the region.

In addition to producing forestryseedlings, the company also plans to propogate other agricultural species andprovide more services to diversify its products.

Currently the company is carrying out procedures related tothe location to put the project into operation in thesecond quarter of 2014 as registered.
