Previously, at the international scientificconference held in 2010, the idea of building Mui Tan resort invested by H.B.C Investment and Service Joint Stock Company,attracting over 200 participants including professors, doctors, scientists andkey leaders of Binh Dinh Province through different periods who contributed alot of comments and opinions. The project’s feasibility was also highlysupported.

At theconference, many participants said that the planning for constructing Mui Tanresort would not only create an attractive destination to attract domestic andforeign tourists but also exploit the tourism potentials of the Tran Hung Dao Statuearea in Phuong Mai Peninsulaand connect it with Hai Giang tourist route in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.
