On30/4/2012, in Danang, the Central Coast Coordination Team and the Development ResearchFund organized a Conference on ‘Reviewing one-year implementation of activitieslinking the central coastal provinces’.  

Over thelast year, the Regional Coordination Team Coordinator, the Consulting Group andthe Central Development Research Fund has run various efficient activities and strengthenedthe cooperation across the entire Coast Central Region.

Inparticular, the Central Coast website (www.vietccr.vn) was developed,a workshop on tourism development in the Central Coast Region was held in Hanoi in November 2011; a conference on "Linking fortourism development of the central coastal provinces" in Phu Yen in December2011, and a conference on "Training human resource for the central coastalprovinces" in Hueon 08/04/2012.

Accordingto the Consulting Group, the activities have attracted the attention ofmanagers from the national to local levels, experts, researchers and enterprises,which is an important input for the cities and provinces to plan theirdevelopment policies locally and regionally.

As planned,the Central Coast Coordination Team will hold a conference on ‘Experience ofluring investment and developing infrastructure in industrial parks in theCentral Coastal Provinces’ in Quy Nhon in August 2012, to implement linkingactivities to promote tourism development, to enhance the joint training ofhuman resources in the region, and to carry out scientific researches on humanresource development and investment attracting experience…
