The Provincial People’sCommittee has lately approved for APEC Investment Joint-Stock Company (APECI)to start investment procedures for the project of new Urban Area APEC Nhon Phuin Nhon Phu ward, Quy Nhon city.
The Provincial People’sCommittee has lately approved for APEC Investment Joint-Stock Company (APECI)to start investment procedures for the project of new Urban Area APEC Nhon Phuin Nhon Phu ward, Quy Nhon city.
The new Urban Area ApecNhon Phu covers an area around 85ha with an expected investment capital of VND1,250 billion. The project is divided into two phases. The first stage is to becarried out on an area of 35ha from 2011-2013, and the second stage is expandedto 50ha and carried out from 2014-2016. In the first stage, the project will focuson housing and high-grade apartments. The project consists of a complex ofseparate villas, double villas, consecutive flats, apartments, offices,amusement area, sports services, heath care units, schools…. The planningapplies miniature standard model of existing modern urban area in Vietnam such as Phu My Hung (HCM city), Ciputra(Hanoi)…. Theexpected capital for the first phase is VND 500 billion.
