On April 16, 2025, the Binh Dinh Provincial Economic Zone Administration granted an Investment Registration Certificate to Catry Hong Kong Co., Ltd. to implement a wooden product plant for interior and exterior decoration and for pets.

Accordingly, the plant has a production scale of about 50,000 products/year with a total investment of 1.5 million USD (equivalent to 37.5 billion VND), covering an area of 11,520 m2 in Lot B2.05 Nhon Hoi Industrial Park (Area A), Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, in Nhon Hoi commune, Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province.
According to the registration content, the project's operation period is 5 years from the date of the first Investment Registration Certificate. The project is carrying out investment preparation procedures; installing machinery and equipment, fulfilling trial operation, recruiting personnel in the second quarter and is expected to come into operation from August 2025.
When put into operation, the project will contribute to the development of the province's interior and exterior wooden furniture manufacturing industry in general and wooden supplies for pets in particular. Also, it will create a source of state budget revenue and create more jobs for local workers.
This is the second FDI project invested in Nhon Hoi A Industrial Park and the first project in the province to produce wooden pet supplies. Since the beginning of the year, the province has attracted 06 FDI projects with a total investment capital of 75.99 million USD. Up to now, the whole province has attracted 98 FDI projects with total investment capital of 1,453.98 million USD.
