From November 1 to November 5, 2023, a delegation of Binh Dinh province led by Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung made an investment promotion trip to South Korea. On the morning of November 2, 2023, the delegation visited Yongsan District Office, Seoul city and the Vietnamese Embassy in Korea. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Ms. Park Hee Young, District Chief of Yongsan District and Mr Nguyen Vu Tung, the Ambassador in South Korea.

Accordingly, the Binh Dinh province delegation visited Yongsan District Office and informed Yongsan district leaders of the highlights in investment, socio-economic development and the province's potential and advantages, investment environment and policy mechanism to attract investment in Binh Dinh and the fields that Binh Dinh is giving priority to attract investment, land rental price, land rental exemption and reduction policies, labor source, capital flow provided to businesses... when investing in the economic park and industrial parks, especially Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park.
Ms. Park Hee Young, District Chief of Yongsan District, appreciated Binh Dinh province's efforts in investing in socio-economic development, promoting and attracting investment in Korea.
The two sides agreed to increase the exchange of administrative civil servants in Quy Nhon city and Yongsan district to a higher level, organize festivals in Quy Nhon city and Yongsan district on the basis of exchanging art troupes, increase the number of scholarships for Vietnamese students in general and Binh Dinh students in particular in Korea to serve businesses in Korea and when they invest in Binh Dinh.

The Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung expressed the desire that Ambassador Nguyen Vu Tung would introduce focal agencies, associations, investors, and Korean businesses to invest in Binh Dinh, with priority given to electronics, processing industry, automobile industry, education, healthcare, high-tech agriculture, tourism... Besides, support would be given to Binh Dinh in promoting potentials, advantages of the province, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone and industrial parks in the province to Korean investors, coordinating with Binh Dinh province to organize conferences and seminars to promote investment and trade and invite Korean businesses to invest in Binh Dinh; providing guidance on bringing provincial workers to work under labor contracts with localities in Korea.
