The conference shall take place at 7:30 a.m. on February 5, 2023 at Binh Dinh Provincial Convention Center, No. 01 Nguyen Tat Thanh street, Ly Thuong Kiet ward, Quy Nhon city. The conference shall be attended by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh who reside over the conference, Deputy Prime Minister, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Governmental agencies, and representatives of the Government, representatives of: the National Economic Commission, the Party Central Committee Office, the National Assembly Committees: Finance-Budget, Socio-economic, Science, Technology and Environment, National Defense and Security, National People's Council, …; and the delegations of the North Central and Central Coastal provinces: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan.

The main activities of the Conference are as follows:

Announcement of the Government's action plan to implement Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW dated November 3, 2022 of the Politburo on socio-economic development and assurance of defense and security in the North Central and Central Coast region to 2030, vision to 2045;

Video clips on the North Central and Central Coastal region;

Speeches of a number of ministries, sectors, localities, sponsors, domestic and foreign investors;

Awarding cooperation agreements and memorandums of understanding, awarding Investment Policy/Investment Registration Certificate to domestic and foreign investors;

Photo exhibition and investment promotion booths combined with typical agricultural products of the North Central and Central Coastal region.
