An Industrial Cluster model

Accordingly, the investment objective of the project is to attract capital, focusing on creating the best conditions for organizing production for small and medium-sized enterprises, cooperatives, and manufacturing establishments; it is also to create land resource to relocate enterprises, cooperatives, and manufacturing establishments, which are located in residential areas, engaged in manufacture activities causing environmental pollution or at risk of causing environmental pollution in the district so that they can stabilize their operation in Binh An Industrial Cluster. Furthermore, the project aims to create jobs for local workers with good income, provide vocational training to improve people's living standards, increasing budget revenue, and contributing to the economic development of Tuy Phuoc district.

Binh An Industrial Cluster shall be built with on area of 38,234 hectares, including main items such as leveling, building internal traffic system, water supply and drainage system, wastewater collection and treatment system, electricity distribution system and green trees.

Total project investment capital is estimated at about VND 289.5 billion, of which preliminary costs for compensation and site clearance are VND 144.3 billion.

Expected time to start project implementation is the year 2022. The completing time for the entire project is no more than 36 months (03 years) from the date the Investor recognized as the Project Owner (Investor) receiving the land handover.
