Accordingly, the investment objectives are to attract investment capital; focusing on creating the best conditions for organizing production of small and medium-sized enterprises, cooperatives, and production establishments; creating land resource to relocate enterprises, cooperatives, and production establishments in operation which are causing environmental pollution or are at risk of causing environmental pollution and located in residential areas in the district. It is also aimed at creating jobs with stable income for local workers, providing vocational training to improve people's living standard, increasing budget revenue, and contributing to the economic development of the district.

The construction and trading project of technical infrastructure of Binh An Industrial Cluster shall cover an area of 38,234 hectares, including main items of leveling; building internal traffic system, water supply and drainage system, wastewater collection and treatment system, electricity distribution system; growing trees for landscape.

The project’s total value is estimated at about VND 289.5 billion, of which preliminary costs for compensation and site clearance are VND 144.3 billion.

The expected time to start project implementation is from the year 2022. The completing time for the entire project is no more than 36 months (3 years) since the land is handed over to the investor recognized as the Project Owner.
