On June 25, 2022 at the Hoai Nhon Investment Promotion Conference in 2022, "Hoai Nhon township – Cooperation, Investment and Development", the Provincial People's Committee and Hoai Nhon township People’s Committee organized the signing of memorandum of understanding on cooperation and investment with 11 investors.

At the signing ceremony of Memoranda of Understanding
on investment and cooperation, 11 investors made commitments to implement 13
projects in the locality with a total registered capital of more than VND 13,000
billion, including:
1 project in trade and tourism: La Vuong eco-tourism resort
registered by Trung Nam Construction Investment Joint Stock Company in La Vuong
village, Hoai Son commune, with an investment capital of VND 1,615 billion.
1 project in manufacture: Forest product processing factory
and bio-wood pellet production factory by Hoai Son Wood Joint Stock Company
registered to invest in Tuong Son industrial cluster, registered capital of VND
55.28 billions; 1 clean water supply project registered by Saigon Construction
and Environmental Technology Joint Stock Company in Hoai Son, Hoai Chau, Hoai
Chau Bac, Hoai Phu, Hoai Duc ward, Hoai Thanh Tay ward, with investment of VND 337
billion; 1 domestic solid waste treatment plant, registered by Sa Mac Xanh Co.,
Ltd with a capital of 387 billion VND; 1 high-tech aquaculture project
registered by Aqua Gardens Vietnam Company in Hoai Hai and Hoai My communes
with capital of VND 1,150 billion.
8 projects in infrastructure construction and large-scale
projects include Hoai Huong urban, trade and service area, registered by Mien
Trung Real Estate Joint Stock Company with value of VND 2,538.4 billion; Service
and residential area project along Lai Giang river registered by Duc Long Dung
Quat Co., Ltd. in Quarter 1, Bong Son ward, with value of VND 2,047.09 billion;
urban, trade and service area urban in Tam Quan Nam ward Industrial Cluster, registered
by VinaConex 25 Joint Stock Company, valued at VND 1,560 billion; Infrustructure
construction and trading of Giao Hoi - Hoai Tan Industrial Cluster, registered by
Tan Lap Co., Ltd., valued at VND 481.1 billion, ...
