A backpack workshop

Accordingly, the plant shall be constructed on the lots C1.6 - C1.10, C2.6 - C2.10 - Zone C of Ta Suc Industrial Cluster (phase 2) covering an area of 2.7 ha, designed capacity of 153,400 products/year with an investment capital of 6.81 billion VND. The construction duration is from the second quarter of 2022 to the fourth quarter of 2023, then the project will be completed and put into operation.

Ta Suc Industrial Cluster (phase 2)’s detailed construction plan of 1/500 scale was approved by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Accordingly, its total area is 16.04 hectares, of which the area for constructing manufacture facilities is 10.8 hectares, the rest is green land, traffic, public works. Currently, Ta Suc Industrial Cluster (phase 2) has attracted 6 enterprises investing in manufacture and trading with the main lines of business: Producing bricks and tiles using Hoffman kiln technology (3 enterprises), wood processing and preserving factory (1 enterprise), car repair workshop (2 enterprises) with a total area of 8.1ha/0.8ha of production land, reaching the occupancy rate of 75%. Currently, 4 enterprises in the industrial cluster are operating their production process, 2 enterprises are still in the investment stage. 

FAN Limited Company’s  backpack factory shall fill the remaining production area of Ta Suc Industrial Cluster (phase 2); and it is consistent with the development orientation of the textile industry in the master plan of the textile industry in Binh Dinh province to 2025, with orientation to 2035.
