The project site of Thi Nai Lagoon Amusement Park.

The project covers an area of 30.44 hectares in Nhon Hoi commune, Quy Nhon city, which belongs to Division 4, Nhon Hoi economic zone. Total project investment capital is VND 795,672 billion, of which the preliminary implementation cost is VND 604.06 billion (not including compensation, site clearance and land lease costs), the cost of compensation, support and resettlement is VND 191.6 billion. The project’s implementation period is 36 months since the decision on land allocation/land lease is given.

According to the plan, Thi Nai Lagoon Amusement Park includes entertainment works (Water park, aquarium, hot spring area, roller coaster system, adventure games, paintball shooting, ...) ; ancillary works (administrative office, area for service staff, security house, service area, restaurant and conference area,...); landscape trees are arranged alternately with functional areas.

When put into operation, Thi Nai Lagoon Amusement Park will be a high-class entertainment complex, contributing to diversifying forms of tourism and services for Binh Dinh province, creating a breakthrough for attracting tourists to the locality.
