The delegation of the Israeli Embassy in Vietnam visited Binh Dinh

On the morning of March 10, 2022, at the Office of the Provincial Party Committee, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung welcomed the delegation of the Israeli Embassy in Vietnam led by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Israel to Vietnam, Mr Nadav Eshcar. The meeting was attended by leaders and representatives of the Departments of: Industry and Trade, Tourism, Agriculture and Rural Development, Planning and Investment and the Provincial Economic Authority.

At the meeting, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung briefed on the natural conditions, socio-economic development of the province in recent years, the efforts of the authorities at all levels in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic to ensure investment attraction, economic development and social welfare.
Ambassador Nadav Eshcar expressed his good impression of Binh Dinh’s scenery. He wishes to boost the cooperative relationship of Israel with Binh Dinh province, especially, to see more and more businesses from Israel come and make investment in Binh Dinh. The Ambassador expressed his pleasure to see the Textile-Dyeing-Garment Factory of Delta Galil Vietnam Limited Company (belonging to Delta Galil Industries in Israel) invested in Cat Trinh Industrial Complex, Phu district Cat, with a total registered capital of 54.42 million USD, which is operating its phase 1, is creating jobs for many workers and making significant contributions to the provincial budget. The factory is currently implementing construction for phase 2, expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2022. In addition, Delta Galil Industries is implementing the B&D Lingerie Vietnam Garment Factory Project in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone through Delta Bogart Lingerie Limited (headquartered in HongKong) with a total registered capital of USD 10.3 million.
Delta Galil Industries is continuing to expand operation in Binh Dinh; therefore, the Ambassador requested the relevant agencies to support and facilitate the Corporation to deploy activities because it is an important channel to attract investors from Israel and developed countries to invest in Binh Dinh province.
Mr Ho Quoc Dung asserted that he would be very pleased if the Ambassador would continue to connect Israeli businesses to invest in Binh Dinh in areas which Binh Dinh was inviting investment, supporting the province to bring students to Israel to study advanced technologies in agricultural area.
