Selecting investors for the construction and trade projects of technical infrastructure of industrial clusters in the province

Recently, the Provincial People's Committee has issued approval for implementing procedures of selecting investors to implement the construction and trade project of technical infrastructure of industrial clusters in the province in 2022 and the following years. The project portfolio includes 20 industrial clusters on a total area of 620.5 ha.

 

Tay Xuan industrial cluster, Tay Son district 

Out of 20 industrial clusters, 7 industrial clusters have not had invested technical infrastructure, 7 independent industrial clusters are expanding and 6 industrial clusters with partially invested technical infrastructure by the government.

Regarding 7 industrial clusters with no invested technical infrastructure, the total area is 286ha, including: Tuy Phuoc district has Binh An industrial cluster; Hoai Nhon township has Giao Hoi industrial cluster, De Duc industrial cluster - Hoai Tan commune, Hoai Huong industrial cluster; Phu My district has Tan Tuong An industrial cluster, My Thanh Fishery industrial cluster; Tay Son district has Binh Tan industrial cluster.

Regarding 7 independently extended industrial clusters, the total area is 224.9 ha, including: Hoai Nhon town with Ngoc Son - Hoai Thanh Tay industrial cluster; Tay Son district has Binh Nghi industrial cluster, Go Cay industrial cluster, Go Giua industrial cluster, Tay Xuan industrial cluster, Hoc Bom industrial cluster; and Van Canh district has Van Canh town industrial cluster.

Regarding 6 industrial clusters with partially invested technical infrastructure, the total area is 109.5ha, including: An Nhon township has Nhon Phong industrial cluster; Tay Son district has Bridge 16 industrial cluster, Ray Ong Tho industrial cluster; Hoai An district has Doc Truong Soi industrial cluster, Go Bang industrial cluster; Hoai Nhon township has Tuong Son industrial cluster.

In the past years, Binh Dinh provincial leadership has given much priority to the planning, investment in technical infrastructure, management and promotion of investment in infrastructure, secondary investors to invest in manufacture in industrial clusters in the province. More than 23,550 employees, accounting for 35% of the total number of employees in industrial enterprises have been created, contributing to increasing the value of industrial production and services of Binh Dinh province, improving standard of living, and minimizing environmental pollution in residential areas.

Currently, 44 industrial clusters are operating with an industrial land area of over 939ha in Binh Dinh province, of which, 373 projects are in production and processing of industrial goods with an area of 584.5 ha; an average of 1.6ha/project and the occupancy rate of 62.2%.
