Accordingly, Binh Dinh province's support program for business development and technology innovation in the period 2021-2025 has set the following specific goals:

To investigate, carry out surveys on the operation of science and technology enterprises and enterprises with potential to establish science and technology enterprises in the province;

The rate of technology and equipment innovation in Binh Dinh province in the period 2021 - 2025 shall reach 17 -20%/year;

To provide support and consultancy on the establishment of at least 10 science and technology enterprises;

To provide support and consultancy for 10 - 15 enterprises to complete and apply scientific research in production and trade;

To provide support for 5 - 10 enterprises in product promotion, technology transfer and innovation in accordance with regulations;

About 5 - 10 consulting officers attend science and technology training courses to improve skills and knowledge.

Secondly, investigating, surveying and completing the database system about enterprises and giving support to connect technology supply and demand: Organizing investigations and surveys on the current status of operating models, equipment, and technology and enterprise's capacity of applying science and technology; Organizing investigations, surveys, calculations, and proposing solutions to speed up technology and equipment innovation in Binh Dinh province in the period 2021 - 2025, reaching 17 - 20%/year;
