Approving the wood processing factory on Land Lot B4 and B5, Go Cay Industrial Cluster

On January 10, 2022, the Provincial People's Committee approved the 1/500 detailed construction planning for the wood processing factory on Land Lot B4 and B5, Go Cay industrial cluster, Tay Son district, Binh Dinh province.

Accordingly, the factory borders the planned land lot B2 and B3 to the north, the N3 planned road of 14m in width to the south, the D2 planned road of 14m in width to the east and the planned road D1 of 16m in width to the west.
The total planned area is 23,306.3 m². The plan consists of construction land of 11,131 m2; green land of 4,715.21m2 and 7,460.09 m2 of internal transport, yard and technical infrastructure. The objectives of the plan are to implement the investment policy of the project, build a factory for production and processing of forest products so as to fulfil planning management, construction management in accordance with legal regulations.
Previously, on May 5, 2021, the Provincial People's Committee approved the investment policy for Tay Phu Production and Trading Co., Ltd. to invest in building a forest product processing factory in Go Cay industrial cluster (IC), Binh Thanh commune, Tay Son district. The project’s investment shall be approximately VND 9.3 billion. The factory is expected to go into operation in January 2022.
Tay Son district has 12 industrial clusters in operation, including: Hoc Bom IC in village I, Binh Nghi commune with an area of 37.8 ha; Cau Nuoc Xanh IC in village I, Binh Nghi commune of 39.5 ha; Phu An IC in Phu An village, Tay Xuan commune of 35.7 ha; Truong Dinh IC in Truong Dinh village, Binh Hoa commune of 20 ha; Bridge 16 IC in Thuong Son village, Tay Thuan commune of 38 ha; Binh Nghi IC in Thu Thien Thuong village, Binh Nghi commune with an area of 21 ha; Go Da Industrial Park in Hoa Son village, Binh Tuong commune with an area of 12.8 ha; Go Giua IC in Thuong Giang village, Tay Giang commune of 35 ha; Go Cay IC in Kien Long village, Binh Thanh commune of 30 ha; Binh Tan IC in My Thach village, Binh Tan commune of 30 ha; Tay Xuan IC in Phu An village, Tay Xuan commune of 50 hectares; Ray Ong Tho IC in Dai Chi village, Tay An commune of 20 hectares.
Go Cay IC in Tay Son district was established under Decision No. 4051/QD-UBND dated November 10, 2015 of the Provincial People's Committee and the 1/500 detailed construction plan was approved in Decision No.140/QD-UBND dated January 14, 2019. The main industries attracting investment in the IC are processing agro-forestry products, producing building materials, manufacturing mechanical products, garments and other light industries.
