The factory shall be built on an area of 22,406.9 m2, with the scale: Steel structures 900 tons/year; fresh concrete: 280 m3 /day. Total investment capital is VND 12 billion. The project is going into operation in February 2023.

Regarding Go Bui IC, An Lao town, An Lao district the factory of Tam Nhu Co., Ltd. registers to build on an area of 4,800 m2, with a production capacity of 1,300 m3 of finished wood/year and total investment capital of VND 1.5 billion. The project registers to complete by the fourth quarter of 2022 when it will be put into operation.

And at Tuong Son IC, Tuong Son village, Hoai Son commune, Hoai Nhon township, Hoai Son Garment Co., Ltd. shall expand Hoai Son Garment Factory.  The project’s objective is to produce different kinds of clothes, with a capacity of 600,000 products/year, specifically increasing the capacity from 1,350,000 pairs of pants and shirts/year of the current factory to 1,950,000 pairs of pants and shirts/year. The construction area of the expanded factory is 1,986 m2; investment capital of VND 5 billion. The construction will be implemented until the third quarter of 2022 when the project will be completed and put into operation.
