Decision to add Giao Hoi industrial cluster, Hoai Nhon town to the industrial cluster development plan of Binh Dinh province to 2025, with orientation to 2035

On October 28, 2021, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province issued Decision No. 4327/2021/QD-UBND on the supplementation of Giao Hoi industrial cluster, Hoai Nhon town to the industrial cluster development plan of Binh Dinh province until 2025, orientation to 2035.

Giao Hoi industrial cluster covers an area of approximately 65 hectares and located in Giao Hoi 1 quarter, Hoai Tan ward, Hoai Nhon town, Binh Dinh province.
Industries attracting investment consist of processing wood and manufacturing products from wood and bamboo (not including beds, cabinets, tables and chairs) and manufacturing products from straw and plaiting materials; manufacturing beds, cabinets, tables and chairs; a number of consumer goods manufacture industries and other supportive industries... The priority is given to industries with minimum impact on the environment.
Regarding to the phase of supplementation into Binh Dinh's industrial cluster development plan to 2025, orientation to 2035, the Department of Industry and Trade is assigned to coordinate with Hoai Nhon Town People's Committee and relevant agencies to organize the implementation in accordance with the provisions of laws.
Hoai Nhon town currently has 11 industrial clusters with an area of 281.9 ha, of which 10 industrial clusters having the establishment decision and the detailed construction plan of 1/500 scale with an area of 226.1 hectares, an industrial land area of 168.7 ha with 7 industrial clusters in operation on 173.9 hectares. So far, 95 hectares of industrial land has been leased out, reaching an occupancy rate of 56.3%.
