Approving the investment policy to build a market at land lot B1-62 in An Phu Thinh New Urban Area

On October 11, 2021, the Provincial People's Committee issued approval upon the investment policy of the Market Construction project at the land lot B1-62 in An Phu Thinh New Urban Area, Nhon Binh ward, Quy Nhon city. Accordingly, auction of land use rights will be organized to select the investor for the project.

Accordingly, the market will be built at the land area B1-62 in Area B1, An Phu Thinh New Urban Area, Dong Da and Nhon Binh wards, Quy Nhon city on an area of 3,703m2. The project’s investment objective is to concretize the general construction planning of the Commercial-Urban Area north of Ha Thanh River, Quy Nhon city. Besides, it is aimed at effectively utilizing the land resource, controlling the development of architectural space, improving the urban landscape in the direction of civilization, modernity, uniquity and gradually perfecting urban commercial infrastructure, creating a driving force for socio-economic growth. The project is expected to satisfy standards of catogory 3 structure; operate in multi-sectors to meet the needs of trade, exchange of goods, sightseeing and shopping of people in the urban area and in Nhon Binh ward area.

The total investment capital is expected to be approximately VND 17 billion. The entire construction time of the project is no more than two years (24 months) from the effective date of signing the project implementation contract or since the project investor is acknowledged and the operation term will be of 50 years.

After the investment policy is approved by the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment will assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with relevant agencies to organize an auction of land use rights for the project in compliance with regulations.
