Ta Suc Industrial Cluster, Vinh Thanh district is attracting investors inside and outside the province (source: Binh Dinh online)

The objective of the project is to build a wood cutting and processing factory with capacity of 3,000 m3 products/year. The project's total capital is approximately VND 9 billion. According to the proposal, the expected land area is 10,800 m2, the project implementation is from the first quarter of 2022 to the third quarter of 2023 when it completes the investment procedures and goes into operation. During the implementation of the project, the investor is responsible for completing the works in accordance with the approved detailed construction plan of 1/500 scale.

Ta Suc Industrial Cluster is the first industrial facility of Vinh Thanh district, approved by the Provincial People's Committee in detail planning (phase 1) with an area of 19.7 ha. The main lines of production and business include processing agro-forestry products, construction materials, and clean industry. Tuy Phuoc Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company is the investor who started to build and trade technical infrastructure in 2009. The cluster has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee to be adjusted and added to the industrial development plan in Binh Dinh province to 2020, with orientation to 2025 on a total area of 39.7 ha.
