1/500 scale planning task of the urban area south of National Highway 19, Tay Son district gets approval

On September 2, 2021, the Provincial People's Committee approved the detailed planning task of 1/500 scale for the urban area south of National Highway 19, Phu Phong town, Tay Son district. The total planning area is about 28.66 ha.

The planning objective is to carry out the 1/2000 scale zoning plan of the urban area south of National Highway 19, Phu Phong town, Tay Son district, with the aim to build a modern urban area with synchronous infrastructure system, ensuring a good system of resilient and sustainable infrastructure combined with beautiful landscapes to create a highlight for Phu Phong town.

Regarding the functional structure of the main types of land in the urban area, they include land for housing (townhouses and villas); land for constructing administrative works, social infrastructure (headquarters of regional administrative agencies (if any), education, culture - physical training and sports, healthcare establishments...); land for constructing commercial and service works (markets, trade centers,...); land for green tree land; technical infrastructure.

Regarding planning requirements: Complying with the Government's Decree on formulation, appraisal, approval and management of urban planning; the Circular of the Ministry of Construction stipulating dossiers of tasks and projects of regional construction planning, urban planning and construction planning of specialized functional zones.

Regarding economic - technical indicators: In accordance with the National Technical Regulations on construction planning No. QCVN 01:2021/BXD and the approved zoning plan of 1/2000 scale of the urban area south of National Highway 19, Phu Phong town, Tay Son district.

The implementation project shall not exceed three months from the date the planning task is approved.
