The project of social housing area in area 1, Dong Da ward is to be built on an area of about 18,731m2, total investment capital of about VND 359 billion. The building will have 12 floors, about 300 apartments, 19 terraced houses with of 4 floors built in the form of an apartment building.

The project is invested with the aim of meeting the needs of social housing for the subjects according to regulations, contributing to the completion of the social housing development plan in Binh Dinh province for the period 2016-2020 and supplementing the supply of the period 2021-2025, embellishing urban architecture and building modern landscape.

Previously on April 7, 2021, the Department of Construction announced to invite interested investors to submit their application for implementation of a social housing project in area 1, Dong Da ward, Quy Nhon city; and Phu My - Quy Nhon Construction Investment Limited Company assumed to fully meet the criteria of investment capacity for this project.

Thus, from the beginning of the year until now, four social housing projects in Quy Nhon city approved by the Provincial People's Committee to select investors with total capital of approximately VND 2,267 billion, namely: Pisico Social Housing Project of Pisico Binh Dinh Corporation - Joint Stock Company, Bong Hong Social Housing Project of Bong Hong Real Estate Limited Company, Social Housing Project to the  West of Tran Nhan Tong road of the Joint Venture between Thu Do Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company - Ha An Binh Investment Joint Stock Company, and the Social Housing Project in Area 1, Ward Dong Da of Phu My- Quy Nhon Construction Investment Limited Company.
