Approving 1/2000 construction planning of Becamex A Industrial - Urban park (Sub-zone 7), Nhon Hoi Economic Zone

Recently, the provincial People's Committee has approved the 1/2000 scale construction planning of Becamex A Industrial - Urban park (sub-zone 7) in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone with a total area of approximately 1,425 hectares.

Accordingly, the planning area belongs to Canh Vinh commune, Van Canh district, Nhon Hoi economic zone, Binh Dinh province. The objectives of the planning are to implement the overall adjustment of the general construction planning of Nhon Hoi economic zone, Binh Dinh province until 2040 which has been approved by the Prime Minister, to support the investment attraction, to synchronously connect landscape architecture and create a harmonious connection with technical infrastructure of the surrounding areas. The most important is to establish a concentrated industrial and urban area with synchronous technical and social infrastructures in conformity with current standards and regulations, and to meet the housing needs for people to settle down and for workers in Becamex Binh Dinh Industrial park and nearly areas.

The industrial park covers diversified areas including electronics, industrial and household electricity, information technology, telecommunications and high-tech television, machine manufacture, equipment and spare part production and assembly, mechanical engineering and precision engineering, steel pipe and construction steel industry, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, agro-pharmaceuticals, veterinary drugs...

The planned area is divided into 3 main functional areas: Becamex Binh Dinh Industrial Park of 1,000ha (factories, warehouses, land for administrative and service works, greenery, water surface), Becamex A Urban Area of 374.4ha (expected population of 23,400 people and it is organized into 4 residential areas and the traffic route, which is North-South expressway planned to go along the western boundary of the planned area and covers 51 hectares.
