Coconut fiber

According to the project documents, the workshop is built on an area of 12,705 m2, with total capital of more than  VND 6.9 billion. The objective of the project is to produce coconut fiber, bio-organic fertilizer and coconut bran with an expected design capacity of 1,000 tons of coconut fiber/year; 735 tons of bio-organic fertilizer/ year (from coconut fiber bran by-products) and 2,500 tons of coconut fiber bran. The project will meet the demand for coconut fiber only for the industry of making car seat cushions, organic fertilizer for clean, safe agriculture, which will contribute to soil improvement.

The project construction will be completed by the end of the year 2020. When going into operation, the project is expected to create jobs for about 35 local workers.
