The Planning 1/500 scale of Qui Phuoc logistics service center

The planned land covers an area of 84,740.2 m2 in the new National Highway 19, Phuoc Loc the relocation of the warehouses in Quy Nhon city; the South borders 110kV electric line corridor; the East borders on the new National Highway 19 and the West borders the planned residence land.

On the whole land, the area planned to build Qui Phuoc Logistics Service Center is 80,442m2; the area planned for transport infrastructure connected is 4,298.2m2. 

The objective of the planning is to elaborate the construction planning of 1/2,000 scale for the land lot along the new National Highway 19, the section from Quy Nhon city to Tuy Phuoc district. The area is for services such as inland transport, waterway, railway, container service, freight forwarding; customs clearance, quarantine procedures, warehousing services, consolidation, goods packing, consulting services, entrusted import and export, cargo handling, tallying and storage.,,

Previously, the provincial People's Committee had issued an approval decision for Quy Phuoc Trading Co., Ltd. to invest in this project in October 2019, with a total investment of more than VND 95 billion. The project is expected to be completed and go into operation in the first quarter of 2021.
