The provincial People's Committee has recently approved the detailed construction plan with the ratio 1/500 of Tuong Duy hotel, trade and service complex project in Tang Bat Ho town, Hoai An district.

Accordingly, the total area of planned land lot is 3,189.7m2; bordering some bare land to the north, Tran Dinh Chau road (26m wide) to the south, a planned road (about 16m wide) to the east, a planned road (10m wide) to the west.

The nature and objectives of the planning are to invest in the construction of a hotel, trade and service complex to meet the needs of trading, staying, resting and enjoying cuisine of visitors and local people. Land use planning includes construction land of 1,901.5 m2, green tree area of 406.5 m2, transportation land and yard of 881.7 m2. The project is composed of 3 building blocks with a five-storey hotel block, a one-storey wedding party block and one-floor coffee and tea block.

The project got approval decision by the provincial People's Committee on November 30, 2017, adjusted the investment approval on November 15, 2018. The total investment capital of the project is over VND 27 billion. The project is expected to complete and go into operation in the third quarter of 2019.
