At the end of April, the high-level delegation of Champasak province (Lao People's Democratic Republic) led by Mr. Bun Thoong Di-vi-xay, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Governor of Champasak province made a visit to Binh Dinh province.
Overview of the meeting
The meeting was attended by Mr Nguyen
Thanh Tung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial
Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Ho Quoc Dung,
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial
People's Committee and representatives of several department.
At the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial
People's Committee Ho Quoc Dung warmly welcomed the high-level delegation of
Champasak province to Binh Dinh province. The two sides discussed and reviewed
the results of implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between
Binh Dinh and Champasak in the past years (2016 - 2019) and cooperation plan in
the upcoming time (2019 - 2021) on the fields addressed in the MOU such as
agriculture, industry, education, health, investment cooperation, information
and communication...

Mr. Bun Thoong Di-vi-xay - Member of the Party
Central Committee, Governor of Champasak province thanked the warm reception
and wonderful collaboration that Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee and people
for the delegation. He expressed great joy at the good results from the cooperation
program that the two provinces have signed over the past time, especially in education
and trade; indicating hope that two provinces would continue to cooperate on
the basis of each province's strengths, to support each other. He wished that Binh
Dinh province would share experiences with Champasak province in building a
bright, green, clean and beautiful city of Quy Nhon and a model of the
provincial administrative service center.

high-ranking delegation to visit Binh Dinh and affirmed the Party, government
and people of the two provinces always attached importance to strengthening traditional
friendship relations and special cooperation between Vietnam and Laos and
traditional cooperation and friendship relations between Binh Dinh and
Champasak provinces, identifying it as an invaluable asset that the two
provinces need to continue to nurture.

On the occasion of staying in Binh Dinh, Champasak high-ranking
delegation visited a number of places such as: the provincial administrative
service center, Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock
Company, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone Administration,
