Binh Dinh will promote investment through the program "Meet Japan - South Central Region"

  

The program "Meet Japan - South Central Region" will take place from 6-7 October 2010, in Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province.

The program "Meet Japan - South Central Region" is held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to enhance the relation and cooperation between Japanese partners and Vietnam, attract different sources of investment, modern technology from Japan in the South Central region and create impetus for socio-economic growth in the province.

On this occasion, Binh Dinh will introduce the image, advantages, orientation of attracting investment in key areas such as agriculture, fisheries, industry, energy, tourism real estate, vocational training…

Japan is becoming an important partner of Vietnam in general and Binh Dinh in particular. At present, there are 11 projects of Japanese investors with total capital of USD 96.93 million in Binh Dinh. The investment from Japan is more and more productive in Binh Dinh. Out of the six projects licensed in the first 9 months of this year, 04 projects are registered by Japanese investors. Accumulatively, there are 72 foreign direct invested (FDI) projects in Binh Dinh with total capital of approximately USD 872.
