On 3rd October 2017, Binh Dinh Economic Zone Administration (BEZA) issued a letter approving for Hong Duc General Hospital Limited Company to construct a five-star health care and rehabilitation facility in Tan Thanh Tourist Area, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone (Cat Hai commune, Phu Cat district, Binh Dinh province).

According to the registration document, the health care and rehabilitation facility of five-star standard, size of about 180 nursing and rehabilitation villas, receiving and providing general health check, outdoor play area, physiotherapy area, traditional medicine area, occupational therapy, nutrition, operation house and other auxiliary works. The project has total capital of VND 620 billion with total area of 40ha.
This is a model of tourism and health care which are popular in many countries in the world. It is expected that when the project is completed, it will meet the needs of health care and medical treatment for tourists, also promoting tourism, relaxation and recreation activities in the locality and the region.
