These service fields include health, culture, education, post and telecommunication, maritime, and aviation.
The weakness of
In addition, the infrastructure system of new economic zones such as Chan May, Nhon Hoi, Nam Phu Yen has been developed too slowly compared with the demand for FDI projects, causing obstacles for the FDI disbursement.
The ministry confirmed that there should be high priorities for water supply and drainage projects, environmental sanitation, expressway, railway service, and new energy projects.
In the past three-years, the actualised FDI reached US$23.6 billion and the ratio of FDI and total social investment capital has increased from 16.2% in 2006 to 24.8% in 2007 and 44% in 2008, reported the ministry.
