Suihou Hospital Corporation from Japan surveys to invest in a nursing hospital in Binh Dinh

On the morning of 21st November 2016, at the office of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC), Chairman Ho Quoc Dung and leaders of related departments had a meeting with Suihou Hospital Corporation led by Mr. Mima Takeomi-the Board of management’s President and CEO of the Corporation.

At present, Suihou corporation has two hospitals and two convalescence homes with the aim of improving health care quality and providing the best service for every single patient. Mr Mima Takeomi expressed wishes to cooperate with Binh Dinh province in sending nurses from Binh Dinh for more training and working in Japan and establishing Japanese International Hospital in the province; and this hospital is going to use the same nurses who have studied and worked in Japan.

Chairman Ho Quoc Dung said the province was very interested in attracting domestic and foreign investors to Binh Dinh. Over the last three years, annually the province sends a delegation to the city of Osaka for investment promotion. With the assistance of Mr Hitosshi Kato-the President of Japan- Vietnam Friendship Association in Sakai, the local leadership has created a bridge linking Japanese businesses and Binh Dinh province, such as Marubeni Group who is going to construct a plywood factory; Kei JS company with its vegetable growing project…

The PPC Chairman said that the local leadership was definitely supportive to the nursing hospital project in Binh Dinh and committed to allocating a good land lot in Nhon Hoi new urban zone area for Japan Suihou Hospital Corporation to start their project immediately. Regarding exporting labour, it is very feasible because the human resources of Binh Dinh is abundant and many young people are willing to engage in labor export to Japan. In addition, Binh Dinh Medical College recruites about 1,000 students per year and it is expected that the college is able to link with Japanese organizations in teaching Japanese language for nurses who are dedicated to working in Japan.

On the same day, Suihou Hospital Corporation visited Binh Dinh Provincial general hospital in order to learn more about the health care service there.
