Ceremony of presenting investment approval decisions and signing land lease contracts for secondary projects in Nhon Hoi Industrial Park (Zone A)

On the afternoon of 4th November 2016, the Provincial People Committee (PPC) held Ceremony of presenting investment approval decisions and signing land lease contracts for secondary projects in Nhon Hoi Industrial Park (Zone A). The event had attendance of the PPC Standing Vice Chairman Phan Cao Thang Phan and leaders of relevant departments, and representatives from the businesses involved.

At the ceremony, the Vice Chairman PhanCao Thang congratulated Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment JointStock Company and Rapid Vietnam Biological Nutrition Joint Stock Company forthe approvals made by the Provincial People’s Committee and their decisions onsigning contracts to lease land of Sai Gon Nhon Hoi Corporation, theinfrastructure investors of the Industrial Park A. Also, the Vice Chairman assertedthat  the efforts of investors willgenerate new driving force for the locality’s socio-economic growth in the nearfuture.

Accordingly, Binh DinhPharmaceutical and Medical Equipment JS Company and Rapid Vietnam BiologicalNutrition JS Company will lease 6 ha of land from Sao Gon Nhon Hoi Corporationto carry out 3 projects including: Bidiphar high-tech pharmaceutical productmanufacturing plant with total capital of VND 3,000 billion, BidipharBetalactam pharmaceutical product manufacturing plant with total capital of VND150 billion and Bidiphar Non - Betalactam pharmaceutical product manufacturingplant with total capital of VND 250 billion.

Rapid Vietnam Biological Nutrition JS Companysubleases 2 ha of land of Saigon Nhon Hoi Corporation to invest in a manufacturingplant of biological products from sea fish with total capital of VND 150billion. Products of the project is compost produced from bio-products derivedfrom marine fish using modern hydrolysis technology, with the main equipmentimported from the manufacturer Rapid Growth Nutrients - United States. When goinginto operation, the plant will produce 3 million litres of fertilizer/ year, equivalentto 3,500 tonnes/year.
