Preparation made for Binh Dinh investment promotion and tourism development conference 2016

In order to boost tourismdevelopment in 2016 and convert Binh Dinh province into an area with goodgrowth rate in the central region of Vietnam in the next 5 years (2016-2020),Binh Dinh Province People's Committee (PPC) in collaboration with the JointStock Commercial Bank for Investment and development of Vietnam (BIDV) plans toorganise Binh Dinh Investment Promotion and Tourism Promotion Conference 2016.It is expected to take place in early April 2016.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DCST)is going to work closely withBinh Dinh Economic Zone Administration (BEZA), related agencies and FLC group toorganise bringing farm trips to the FLC golf, resorts, villas and high classentertainment  complex in Nhon Hoi EZ. FLCgroup is invited to introduce their service products, pricing policies andpromotion programmes at the conference. The DCST is going to coordinate withthe Department of Construction (DOC) to announce the master plan of  Quy Nhon sea tourism, important issues inthe overall development and tourism development plan in Binh Dinh to 2020 andvision to 2030 and a number of key projects. Also, DCST is going to chair andcoordinate with Binh Dinh Tourism Association and tourism enterprises in theprovince to study and develop unique tourism products of Binh Dinh to promoteat the conference, to collaborate with Phu Cat airport and related agencies toreview the number of guests coming to Binh Dinh by air as of March 2016.

TheDepartment of Planning and Investment (DPI) is to coordinate with relevantagencies to supervise tourism projects in the province, to propose withdrawing certificatesof delayed projects; also recommend granting certificates for qualifiedinvestors in the province at the conference. DPI will work closely with theDSCT to provide information and prepare documentation on tourism projectscalling for investment, prepare a list of important  investors for invitation to the conference.
