The provincialpeople’s committee has issued Decision No. 30/QĐ-UBND approving for a jointventure of Quang Loi company and Nhat Duy Transport Service and Trade companyLtd. to implement Ban Thanh residence area construction in Dap Da ward, An Nhontown, Binh Dinh province. Total capital for the project is expected to bearound VND 570 billion.
As registered, the project owner will build 184terrace houses of averagely 100 m2 each, about 36 detached villas of239 m2 - 446 m2 each. The construction will last within 5years and complete by the beginning of 2020. The investors commit to followgood standards of a modern residence area. The projects is aimed to servere-settlement and settlement needs of people in An Nhon provincial town.
