On 12/15/2015, Binh Dinh Province People's Committee (PPC)issued approval decision for Hai Nguyen company Ltd. to invest in Hoang Gia TamQuan general service - tourism area project in Tam Quan Bac commune, Hoai Nhondistrict, Binh Dinh province.
According to the project document, the project is built on anarea of 3.8 hectares and consists of items: coastal bungalows, 3 stars hoteland high class villas and restaurants with a 1,000 seats, multi-purpose sportfacilities, semi-professional swimming pool, children's play area with a total capitalof nearly VND 169 billion.
It is expected that in the first quarter of 2019, the projectwill go into operation. The work will contribute to creating new image of serviceand tourism development in Hoai Nhon district. In particular, it will providespace for entertainment, sports training, cultural activities and community gatheringsfor people in the locality.
