Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committeehas approved for FLC group to invest in Eo Gio high class eco-tourism resortwith total capital of VND 1,600 billion

Accordingly, the project objective is toinvest in a high class eco-tourism resort area with 6 starresort of international standard in Nhon Ly commune, Quy Nhon city covering totalarea of 21.5 ha. The project is implemented from 2015 to 2017. In particular,from 10/2015 to 10/2016, the investor will complete structure and constructiondesign; from 11/2016 to 11/2017 construction of the resort (stage I) andconservation and exploitation of tourism services in Hon Seo island will beimplemented; from 12/2017 to 10/2018, stage II of the high class eco-tourismresort in Eo Gio will be continued.
Previously, FLC group has kicked off theproject “High class FLC Nhon Ly golf, resort and villa complex, Quy Nhon city,Binh Dinh province. The project has total capital of VND 3,500 billion andcovers 300 ha, which includes several items such as golf course, 6 star resort,5 star hotel and restaurant, international conference centre, recreationalarea…It is expected that by 30/4/2016, the whole project will beinaugurated.
The two projects mentioned above havedemonstrated how FLC group anticipates great opportunities in tourism andresort in Binh Dinh. Binh Dinh hopes they are impetus for attracting moreinvestment into the locality, especially in large-scale projects and keyeconomic and high-tech sectors such as seaport, garment and textile, oilrefinery and petrochemistry, electrical equipment manufacture and assembling,power generation, marine services, trade, financial services, banking andtourism.
